Jennifer if a former middle school mathematics educator with over 18 years of experience that span 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels through the implementation of the CMP1, CMP2, and CMP3 curriculums. In addition to being a classroom teacher, Kruger spent several years as a Math Instructional Leader supporting teachers implementation of the CMP3 curriculum. Jennifer is currently the Associate Director of Mathematics Education Outreach for the Center for Professional Development and Education Reform in the Warner Graduate School of Education at the University of Rochester. In this role, she supports teachers as they deepen their content and pedagogical knowledge in relation to research-based mathematics instruction through professional learning and content-focused coaching.
