CMP Staff in the Spotlight: Amy Ray

Amy Ray is a 2nd year PhD student in the PRIME program at Michigan State University. She is originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas where she taught high school mathematics for three years in Fort Worth ISD. Her current research interests focus on assessment practices in school systems and her work with CMP involves investigating formative assessment as a teacher practice.
In her free time, Amy likes to play clarinet and piano and has recently taken up quilting as a hobby.
