Carrie Chiappetta's Impact of a Mathematics Intervention on achievement of Urban Middle School Students

Carrie Chiappetta completed her dissertation in 2015. Her dissertation, Impact of a Mathematics Intervention on achievement of Urban Middle School Students focused on a study to determine the efficacy of Connected Mathematics Project 2 (CMP2) in Grades 6, 7 and 8.

The results of the study show that implementation of CMP2 improved the overall mathematics achievement of students in all grades on the state standardized assessments including subpopulations.
